Who is Oshmin?
Oshmin is an Indian philosopher, spiritual guide and social activist, known for his teachings on meditation, self-awareness, and the integration of spirituality with everyday life.
How many hours we have to be in meditation?
The formula for meditation and wellness will be conducted by Oshmin in such a simple way that an individual will be in meditation for 24 hours continuously with relaxation.
During session what all we are getting?
Session programs are focused on mental health and spiritual well-being. Sessions will include meditation, sound healing, mental wellness therapies. More joyful, blissful, lovable will be the result at that moment.
What is Dhyan ?
Meditation can only be known by doing it, when you are just a witness (साक्षी), in restfulness state, that moment you are in (Dhyan).

What will be duration of the session?
It will be between three to six hours

What will be the dress code?
Comfortable, traditional clothes only (avoid tight clothing)

It will be held in four or five star facilities hotels / resorts / community halls. Cities will be depending as per scheduling.

Vegetarian food: Menu specially customized by Oshmin & eggs will be optional.
